These aren't too bad Chris, just a spray with canola oil and into the oven. I don't fry very much at all. My beer belly is marinated in alcohol, not deep fried.

Oh, they look great, just I get threats of mutiny from the kitchen help if I crumb things too often - strangely though after a long break she says she is craving crumbed chicken - hence the reminder to pick up some Panko. Cheers

Looks great TOR, Yes indeed,,, why not go all the way. Just googled how to make panko and its basically pizza dough cooked by electricity and not heat. Id love to know how much amps/volts they use And get this, Panko is only as old as WW2, The Japanese were forced to cook bread this way. Bit like whale meat, They never ate it prior to WW2
