Hi folks
Looking to explore some cold smoking options and Lox/ Cold smoked salmon hit the radar
Interested to know if anyone has previous experience making this?

BTW, You don't need pink salts or special cure. Just plain salt and sugar. What sort of a cold smoke set up are you thinking about?

Thanks for the how to mate.
Using my kamado for cold smoke set up being a combination of an ikea steel strainer + a fish pump. works great!
