I recently picked up this spice mix made by Everest from a local Indian supermarket, and to date have used it on Chicken (really what it is deemed for) with fantastic results.
Tonight, I decided to try it on some wild Goat, purchased from Aldi many weeks ago.
As instructed on the packet, you make some fine slits into your meat, then rub it with fresh Lime juice and some salt, then leave it fro 15mins.
Then, mix 125 mls strained Curd (I was lucky as I have a few liters of fresh Buttermilk on hand) with a few tsp of Garlic/Ginger and then, 1tbls of the spice mix.
Then simply spoon the mix over the meat and cover with cling wrap. The packet says marinate for at least 4 hours, I gave mine 6.
Melt some butter and drizzle over the meat, then Cue.
Bloody good gear
Reading the ingredients list on this product is an eye opener, with spices mentioned I have never even heard of.
The taste, I am loving it

Not too long ago I got caught with the word "Curds" in an Indian ridgy dige recipe. Mothers Choice I think the brand was. Until I realised it was yogurt or buttermilk. Looks fantastic Shayneh. What did you think of the quality of the stinker?
