Yeh I know it's kiddie food but I enjoyed making and eating this The breading sequence was seasond flour, Egg wash then Panko. Fried till golden then finished in the oven at 140c till cooked through. About 20 minutes. Also gives a chance for the oils to drain away. I had in mind to smoke these and serve with a bbq glaze, Next time.

I just had to give this a go after watching the video & seeing the above photo. Sort of a little different - Franks hot sauce & buttermilk & flour & then into the deep fryer. Very nice. I got the lolly pops & my dogs had the rest of the wing! Will keep these in mind as nibbles for the next family gathering. Cheers Edit: I had to get the dogs some food & the butcher had necks frozen at $5 a kg, but wings were $2.50 a kilo - go figure. So I had the lollypop & the dogs had the rest & everyone was happy
