Something I love to do. Today's pen pal was a beef Bolar roast. Not a bad cut and kind of small so I decided to experiment with it. The influence was from several members here in several different topics. All those flash thought ideas I decided to bring to a head and act on what was glaring at me. And I call it Black Beef Brine. beefier than beef. Its in the fridge now and I'm liking the way it's going. Stand by for the next episode folks, Your going to love it.
