.....................my stir fried/Roasted Parmesan mixed veg.
Woolworths have Fore Lamb chops on sale ATM guys @ high 7's I think. Not bad either.
The chops were fabulous but all agreed, the Veg took center stage.

The chops on the other hand.

Love it, My crew prefer forequarter bbq chops to even loin. Unless They have bone in and I crumb them. Im doing a small roast beef tomoz and I think I will do the veg like that. Hows it go? Or did I miss it somewhere around here? I do remember talking about it or reading you talking about it.

Yeh the veges look good but, well.... they are veges. The chops on the other hand. What's in the rub? Dave Dave. If you could have tasted the Veg, your whole outlook would change, belive me. Its an explosion of flavor. The beauty about it, nothing is added to enhance flavor. The favour all comes from the veg, togetherness, and the way its cooked.
The Rub is also a cracker.
Maltodextrin, Sugar, Herbs and spices, Xanthan, Methyl Cellulose, Paprika Oleoresin, Flavour.
I get it bulk from my supplier, and used to clear a bit on fleabay to offset the initial outlay, as well as some drinking money.
I haven't done it in quite a while due to time restraints.
Good gear but
Mick, I will add a recipe for it in the section.

If there's sugar on the rub doesn't that mess up your grill?
I love marinating stuff and then BBQing them but I learned from personal experience that weber qs do not really like cooking marinated stuff
