Well I am happy to kick off the Game section with my all time favourite recipe for preparing a farmed Bunny.
The Rabbit
One Rabbit (mine shown is 1kg+) 1.5 tbls lemon juice 1 tbls Freshly cracked black pepper 2 tbls Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic finely chopped 4 tbls good Olive oil
Mix everything in a bowl. Portion Rabbit and mix with marinade, cover and fridge for at least three hours.
Try to get as much of the marinade off the rabbit as you can then Drain marinade and place in a small saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for five minutes. Set aside for basting. Grill over Charcoal on medium heat (I used the GA before it was fitted with a CI grate, which does the job better) , cook Rabbit for Twenty or so minutes, turning a few times, basting in the final five minutes.

Tried this on the weekend but managed to ruin a perfectly good rabbit by overcooking it and turning it into leather.
Wife didn't want rabbit so I used the same marinade for chicken thighs and cooked them together on the kettle. There is my first mistake. Chicken should have gone in a lot earlier than the rabbit.
Tried to do it indirect with a final sear over the coals but dried it out too much, may have had the kettle too hot also.
Had great flavour and apparently the chicken was great so I won't give up, just filthy on myself for wasting a rabbit.

Bad luck AM65, Rabbit is devoid of fat. In fact if its all you had to eat you would starve to death. Treat it like chicken breast at take it to just cooked. Its not poultry (And no fat) so a lower temp can be managed. Wish my missus would eat rabbit

We have hare hopping around my back yard, Would love to knock one over but she would certainly not eat that. Bloody things cleaned out my poblano peppers so ancho powder will have to wait. Any way, I had an idea. She won't eat it because of the look of the carcase,,, It looks like a skinned rodent,, of which it is. What If I brined a rabbit and took all the meat off, mixed in some herb & spiced gelatine liquid and pour it into a bacon lined Pyrex loaf thingy. Then bake it like those turkey in a box jobbies. , Let cool for a terrine ? I could say rabbit or pigs head, Make your choice
