A Turkish dish, this time, Adana kebab (Essentially a spiced lamb mince kebab) Served it as it is usually served with bulgur (cracked wheat) onions, parsley, pitta bread and grilled baby roma tomatoes

Only one word comes to mind Beautiful. Nice grilling there Ozy,,,, seriously good looking food. How did you make the bulgur side?

Saute some onions with eggplant cut in cubes or slices, green capsicum (i used red for tis one and was not happy), when all nice and sauteed, throw in some chicken stock and a small spoonful of tomato paste. Bring to boil then add the cracked wheat. Cook till done.
Usually you need two parts of stock for one part of wheat, but you may need to add some more as you cook.

Thanks, I wondered if the weat goes in dry or pre soaked. Never done it your way but now I will have a crack at it. A bit like a risotto it seems. I love it already.

Νot so much a risotto, but a tad drier, more like a pilaf....
I throw mine in dry....
