I figured for my first recipe post here I better start with something easy. These take bugger all time to make and come out at our house on a lazy Sunday arvo. Start with a simple dough of two cups SR Flour, pinch salt, pinch caster sugar and 200gm of yogurt. Split it up into eight and roll it out as small discs Then mix up a couple of varieties of cheese. You can use whatever you want. For these ones i mixed up 200gm of Feta, 150gm of Mozzarella, and about 100gm of Parmesan. Mix it all up and split it into four balls. Put each ball between two sheets of the pastry, wet the edges and mold them together Gently roll each one out. Take your time so you dont squeeze the cheese out. Fry them up in a bit of butter and give them a squeeze of lemon and cut them into four As I said nice and easy but very tasty. Dave
