I had an hour or so to kill last week between meetings so went mall roaming and came across one of those pop-up remaindered book places. Found something that had me saying "this will be useless but I has to have it." A big stack of Haynes, you know, the manuals you buy to know how to find your car's air filter and confirm you need a mechanic to fix this beast (actually I mostly fix my own, with Hayne's manuals) that was a cookbook for males. At $7 I really just had to get, and actually, whilst there is a laugh on every page and it can be annoyingly English, there's a lot of good sensible if almost forgotten by the likes of us info- good for sons? If you see it buy it, you wont regret it Cheers

My Pug runs perfectly fine, this is something I sort of had to double take on, but then again the classic Sci-Fi novel Dune was originally published by a company much better known for auto manuals Cheers
