And they are all weber heads New members feel free to prod around this new and upcoming forum. Now that it's gained legs there is much plans afoot. We have world class bbq cooks here and I'm sure there is stuff to learn and stuff to share so don't hold back apnd let us have it. We are also very friendly and would love to get to know you more and see/read about your CUE journeys. Recipes inspire, so we love those. Pics are great but we don't say " no pics it didn't happen" Unless it's to a peer and certainly not to a new member. Those that post pics do so to inspire not show off,,, well sometimes We show off but you get the gist. Hope you guys make this your home

Welcome aboard to all the new members. This place is getting better and better all the time and the more ideas and opinions shared the better. Don't be shy, get involved and enjoy yourselves. It's a very friendly forum, no criticism and plenty of encouragement on offer and I personally believe several of my unwanted kilos have come from being a member here.

We wont even talk about the Gout.
Jalapenos stuffed with prawns, spices and cheese, wrapped in bacon and smoked for a couple of hours then washed down with beer sounded like a really good idea at the time.

oh boy,
well done mick. the word is getting out there
the hit of gout i took, was last year, it literally laid me out for 2 weeks.
copped it after eating coffin bay oysters ( damn they were soo bloody good ) ate 18 of them in one sitting.
mind you, i think there were other factors, but something that good has to have pay back.
i now have a daily dose of asv with the mother mold.
any-how..............may this forum keep growing and keep the love.
