Hi all,
Have just treated myself to a Weber Q 3200 as a retirement present.
TOTAL novice as regards any type of BBQ, although good indoors cooking skills.
Found this site by accident whilst on a general internet search for cookery books that are specific to the Q range.
Was looking to see if it was possible to source a copy of Australia's Own Cookbook for The Weber Q, since there is nothing equivalent here in the UK.
A Google search hit upon Captain Cooks recipes & one thing led to another ;-)
I'll probably spend most of my time just listening, but NO whingeing ;-)
Ron

Welcome Ron I am of Scottish and German descent and you know how they feel about the Poms, luckily I dont feel the same. The Australian Weber Q Cookbook is not available to download on the bet. It has lots of pretty pictures in it. The first couple of pages have some good info in them. Check out my Q recipe book in general aussiecue.freeforums.net/thread/181/captains-weber-recipe-useful-hintsand my post aussiecue.freeforums.net/thread/340/cooking-on-weber-seriesThey will help you big time. Question for you - how many people in the UK -- A = about 60 million. You would think that you could find at least 11 that could play cricket (LOL) Captain
