Aldi has done it again (sorry Chris for rubbing it in)
Right, we are having Pizza tonight with yes, home made Pizza sauce using the two cook method out of fresh Tomatoes.
Anyway, a trip to aldi to get cheeses, Cabanossi, Salami + Pepperoni and all the other bits and pieces needed.
Then I spoted this, marked down (I think it may have been from their Christmas range).
Now, I like produce with truffles added, especially cheeses so I had to have this.
Got it home to try and oh my, this is good, I mean, its "REALY GOOD" 
Infact, to good to waste on Pizza.
This is real cracker, quality cheese and cold beer or wine kind of stuff.
Made in Australia, 350gr @ $10.00 ea.
Get some while it lasts.

 You are forgiven, mainly because we had some of something very, very similar over here from a local supplier (most Oz truffles do come from down Margaret River way I think,) over Christmas - was delicious. It was also according to the store-owner where I picked it up a very seasonal thing, so anyone interested be a good idea to not hesitate I'm in the very, very early stages of seeing about sourcing some truffles, guy I sort of know is involved, really strange market, sorta like diamonds, but kinder to the teeth Cheers |

I do like the the way it's been ground. Looks like it's been well made. I've got so many salamis in the fridge I couldn't possibly buy another but I can tell that the salami in the pics is A grade.
