After inspiration from The Captain, I went searching for a horseradish white BBcue sauce. It didnt take long. This Friday I have some rellos around and they love the Real Cue experience So Im going to make them Pulled chucky Po Boy sandwiches with white Cue sauce.
Here is the recipe
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup prepared horseradish sauce 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper 1 tea spoon sugar 1 tea spoon salt 1 tea spoon minced roasted garlic 1/2 tea spoon ground cayenne pepper
It will be large rolls, Garden salad, pulled chuck n gravy, White sauce over the top = Beef Po Boy sandwich. Im hoping thats a plan. Any holes ?

I am so cranky at myself, I did one of the best pulled chucks I've ever done on my gmg pellet smoker and the Po boy sandwiches were a hit. And I didn't take one bloody photo But what I can say, Is that this white bbq sauce is a total hit. I added some Louisiana hot sauce to pink it up a bit and that just made it. This is a must try on any beef / salad combo and is now a staple in my kitchen as well as all who tasted it. My 18 year old nephew said if I sold these at Cronulla Id make a killing , Il take that
