What would you choose? Im strung between convenience and capacity of a pellet grill and the taste and fire fun of the Komado, not to mention it's almost artfull looks and life time service.
Id bbq less but I'd have to choose the Komado.

Only one ? I'd stick with the kettle, all I had for many years, not as convenient as the Q but it can do anything as I well know Cheers

Thats the toughest question in the universe, I have 10 and have to, am going to, get rid of 3.
I would keep the Baby Q for the winnebago as it is permanently stored and configured fot travelling and for everday home use I would keep the Weber Genesis. I would be devastated at the loss of the others and the styles that I would not be able to do anymore

I know it's a shocking question to ponder But there is a method to it. Be interesting to see what percentage will go primal and what would go modernistic. Its a really hard decision for me,, maybe I'd be better off with a big gas bbq as the only option. BTW, you don't have to allready own it. It can be any bbq but only one

Of the one's on my back deck, I'd keep the Pro Q because it can be made do many things but then some things would have to be done inside in the absence of a hotplate. Or I'd have to make one of the old ones fit. (might anyway just for something to do) I'm going to have bad dreams now that this evil thought has been put in my head. I'm still trying to collect, not clear out. Might have to wash that memory out tonight with the elixir of bright ideas.

I looked at the versatility and quickness of them all and the flavour profiles I can produce from one BBQ and the Genesis came up trumps, I would have said Webber Summit S670 but then we are stepping into overkill territory for just the 2 of us.

Im with Chris..
Weber Kettle...... Its all i use.
I have a Weber Genesis, but its never used. Probably been two years now since it was last fired up. Now its main purpose is a stand for my destructo cold smoker.
That all said, i love my kettles and will not move on to anything else.
