Not so much a recipe however Id like to share these prepackaged spice mixes ready to go for one meal. Ive used a few brands and they are authentic. I don't think I've ever had a bad one. This one was from a South African food importer and just the smell of the packet itself told me it was going to be good. There is an Indian one getting around that is just superb. They add things like whole nutmeg nuts you shave and grind yourself. This meal was Frenched chicken legs grilled hot then low to Finish till fall apart. Made up as per the instructions and 24 hour marinade. Then made up some popodoms and flash fried some Japanese Shishito chili in oil and salt so a bit of fusion happening here. Shishito are not hot but have a Devine nutty flavour. Also seen here is Mrs Balls peach chutney, Perfect match This is what blistered Shishito should look like Then load up with pulled from the bone chicken leg and onto a popadam with yogurt, Diced tomato, Diced capsicum, Chutney and a Shishito. Then dig in and make many till full
