Was not sure where to put ? Kristin used a Lemon Curd from a jar for the topping. The notes about time & temperature are for the way she cooked it, she used a mini spring form pan. The instructions in these pages are for a full spring form pan! Ctrl & + will enlarge.

Thanks for that, I will pass it on to my son who is a budding pastry chef who at 10 was making lemon meringue pie. And Pavlova He has shown quite an interest in BBQ too so I will begin his training shortly.
