You've gotta love home grown.
ATM, I am running two lots of two Zucchini plants that are heavily producing.
And looking for ideas on how too cook em differently than just plain steamed as a part of a basic three veg meal.
Then, spotted this tasty recipe, that can be found in the Womens weekly BBQ cookbook.
This is sooo tasty, we had it again last night

Doing well Mate, my vege patch is in fallow. That is a nice way of saying I've abandoned the patch this season due to the several medical problems I've had, now under control, and the fact that in one week from today we take of for about 11 days holiday in Tassy.
