The kids started eating it until they wised up But they both had to admit it tasted exactly like KFC,,,,, only it was lamb liver. This is all mine, I'll snak on it over the next few days bringing childhood memories back with evert bite. This time I breaded it with Marion Kay's 99x season after soaking in buttermilk 24 hours and shallow fried. KFC ought to put this on their menu.

Looks delicious but it always surprises me how many Australians, kids especially, just will not eat offal. You don't even see liver on the menu many places. One of my favorite Adelaide restaurants, dunno if it's still there, "Fontana di Trevi," used to have it as its signature dish. Italian place obviously, I still make my version of their Pasta Fegato from time to time Cheers
