Ingreedients 250g cream cheese 250g unsalted butter (soft) 1 cup caster sugar 40g powdered gelatine dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water 1 tea spoon vanilla essence 2 packs Arnotts lattice biscuits Method In a cake mixer beat ingreedients until combined. Lay the lattice biscuits sweet side down on a tray in block formation. Layer the cheese mixture over the top then lay on more lattice biscuits sweet side up in block form and equal to the biscuits below. Chill to set in fridge for an hour. Serve with strawberrys and cream Enjoy.

Yum, now to find some of those biscuits, although might do a mod. our local IGA is selling delicious almond squares that might make a good alternative, and a smaller cheesecake, which works Cheers
