G'day all, I just signed up to this forum, although I'm on a few other BBQ forums as well with the same username, original aren't I . My name is Steve and I live on the beautiful far south coast of NSW with my gorgeous wife, two adorable kids and a dog, so lifes pretty good. My current arsenal includes a Beefeater 900 4 burner gasser, a Weber OTG and a charcoal spit roaster. I'm looking at getting a pellet pooper in the (hopefully) not too distant future, finances pending of course. Thanks for having me here and hopefully I'll be able to contribute something worthwhile to the forum. All the best, Steve

Welcome Steve,
I'm looking a pellet Myself, they just look too good not to have one! Are you looking at anything in particular?

Welcome Steve,, and Member 100 Your from a part of the world that is very dear to me having spent most of my life exploring it. Have fun researching and adding your thoughts about the way you do your cooking indoors as well as outdoors. being a peer forum it's very relaxed.

Steve, great to see you here, we look forward to your input. I reckon that you were just waiting to be member 100. Check out the posts in pellets here regarding the GMG Davey Crocket WIFI and the posts in Woodpellets about them on the ABBQF. It will handle a 5.5 kg Turkey with ease. I have a Traeger 075 going cheap if you are a member of this forum. Pickup only in Melbourne.
welcome mate. Hil

Hi Nath and thanks for the welcome. I was looking at a couple, but I'm un-decided as yet. Some more research needed methinks.

Thanks for the welcome Mike, yes it certainly is a beautiful part of the world, very under-rated. Wow member 100, I do feel a bit special now LOL.

Thanks for the welcome Phil, I hope you're travelling a bit better now. I did see your Traeger post, what a bargain. I'll have to pass for now though, thankyou.
Anyhoo, enough jibbering from me. Take care all, Steve

G'day Steve and welcome. Lived in Narooma for 11 years many moons ago, it's a great part of the coast down your way.

Thanks Percel, from east Canberra ;-)) Bill, Narooma is a beautiful part of the world, I love it when you first sight the inlet as you're travelling south on the highway, its a spectacular sight. Thanks Gus, don't tell too many people how great it is here, we'll have an influx ;-)
