Shayne's Duck recipes have become very popular and deserving of widespread recognition, to that end I have made the best two stickies so that they remain at large he top of the list in the poultry recipes along with the Captain's gourmet Brined Chicken.

The Chinese one is a definite to have there but the orange, mmmmm, although extreamly tasty, IMO, it should be replaced by the Balsamic (or have em both )..... as that "way to do a Duck" is my (our) favourite around here.
