These are only a few dollars at Bunnings and I've found them excellent. They hold the roast up and allow more room for veg to cook in the oil and juices. I use two for large roast's Beef roast Leg o lamb, Note all the room below

14 cm from base to spikes, They work anywhere, I like them as im a pan roaster man and real estate is a premium. Ive not done it, but Im thinking they would free up trivet space in a Weber Q

Yep,
They are brilliant, so simple, work in the kettle, in the Q220, in the indoor oven, just plain useful.
They can also be used so the meat is held vertical if you want.
I hadn't thought of using two for big roasts though.
Might have to pick up a second one although with usually only two to cook for big roasts are not common any more.
