Yep, qued my favourite tonight, and as usual, was a smash
Actually, its not just my favourite here, as even the kids get excited (missus included) when they hear Balsamic is on the menu

Still have a few in the freezer, Might take one out and bone it out for a duck randang.

Ive still got 12 in rain check to buy before they expire in late November/early December however, I cant see us eating that many in that time and freezer room is at stretch .

LOL, oh bugger maybe grab a few and roast them up for shredding and cryovac for later use. Peaking pancakes come to mind? Also cure and smoke some boned out portions that can also be kept in cryovac for luncheon meat. Use nitrate and you won't have to freeze?
