I rubbed this up well and placed on the pellet grill @ 110c until the IT was around 48c then took it off. Then cranked it up to 260c and placed the steak back onto some grill grates. The interesting thing is that this is the same steak I had the night before where I just straight out grilled it till done. This was so much more tender I really knocked me over at how a simple change in the way it's cooked makes so much difference.

And yes, its amazing how the right cooking techniques can improve the finish product.
