As I said I would, I used Shaynes new Kettle Method to cook a couple of chicken halves. Marinated and basted during the cooking with Nando's Medium strength PeriPeri marinade. Used an old cooking grill out of an 18" kettle on top of the normal charcoal grate, with a mesh I used to use on the little one over that. Loaded up with left over bits and pieces (they're handy hibachi fuel too). Half way there. Ready to eat. Definately a great method, SWMBO gave her full seal of approval. Thank you Shayne.

Nice stuff Bill.
I noticed you didn't foil the cooking grate below the Pizza pan.....
Don't matter anyway, the aim is to deflect the direct heat and you achieved that.
