Thai Tamarind Duck stir fry........
The recipe was taken straight from the Women's Weekly Thai cook book, but I ditched to Bok Choy and substituted with (much preferred) Chinese Broccoli.
I made a nice Thai Chili (Table Condiment) Sauce, recipe given to me from the owners of my favorite Thai eatery at Cabra....
Very tasty stuff indeed
