I just realised I have not posted an introduction of myself on my own forum My name is Mike Nash and I live on the Tweed Heads Area of Northern Rivers NSW I have one loving wife that Doesn't get the food pic thing and two boys aged 10 and 12. My work is a passive fire inspector and certifier and my trade background is a Locksmith and carpenter. I've been cooking Cue for some time and even now, Still find new things to learn. Some people are just bloody good at what they do and everyone has that special quality that can be shared. I'm often humbled at what others can do hence this forum. My arsenal is, Weber Kettle silver Weber WSM Weber go anywhere Weber Summit gold gas bbq GMG Daniel Boon pellet BBQ Large Big Green Egg Komado Brahman spit And an open pit fire place. Hi Smokey, Glad you started this forum. While I love BBQ, don't always do it. I tend more to Asian but do have periods of wanting other styles - Mexican, Moroccan, Indian, etc And this place is a resource for great ideas. Smoked salmon in on the way. Cheers
