Nothing special really for the rest of you guys, but for me, these are a find indeed.
I picked of one of these recently, for my last batch of Whiskey Salmon......
After outstanding results on that Salmon, a bigger batch was on order, needing another tray to pull it off.
Now, the batch just done, that tray was put in my main kitchen fridge to cure (I just had room for it).
Two trays on the other hand would be out of the question (not enough room), soooooo, the trays were taken out to the garage and were placed in my dedicated curing fridge.
And here is where I was stoked. These things slotted into the original fridge shelf supports like they were made for this model fridge
Great quality trays as well.
Like, they are constructed out of 4mm thick food grade plastic and are only 6 bux each
These will pay for them selves in no time.....

Perfect . Could you give me the dimensions ? Brand If any and where did you get them? Ive been using 18/10 SS and have not had a problem with metallic taste but I really should be using these.

........ they double as a perfect work platform.
Big enough as well to work on preparing large cuts of meat, ie, Pumping Pork legs, prepping Pork buts/Lamb shoulders for low n slows, Ribs.........
So versatile
As a drip tray too
Good for soaking too
Yeh Mick, they are 410mm L x 310mm W x 55mm D.
I made and error with the pricing, they are actually $7.50 each from Cabra .
I cant see a brand on em though
