Last week out west on a cattle property I came across this fascinating book on early Queensland food and cooking. Lots of early images of people, product adverts and recipe’s from the 1850s. Not a lot on BBQing but still a terrific read. CS

I've been keeping an eye out for this book, It would I suppose lay down how Australians came to be Grillers rather than BBQ,ers
