Not really quite sure where this should go but here will do for now Never let it be said I'm fast to get to my Christmas presents, my stepson and his girl gave me quite the selection of BBQ goodies, mostly tools and such but included a book. Being a big reader and having been given quite a haul of books I only just found my way down to the cookbook, but have to say I'm impressed. It's called "The Asian Barbecue Book" by Alex Skaria. First thing that caught my attention was that it was well reviewed by Steven Raichlen but delving inside it is a very complete book on BBQ in general with a good intro on types of BBQ and sensible accessories plus techniques, then there are over 100 really good recipes in the Asian style and information on Asian herbs and spices. Being so damned cold the only recipe I've actually cooked as yet is Stuffed Saffron Chicken Breasts which were superb but that looks to be only scratching the surface, lots of Post-it note bookmarks Highly recommended and at about twenty two bucks from Dymocks not going to break the bank. Cheers

Hadn't looked at that Bill, don't have a Kindle, no real intention to get one, ebooks are something I'm not much of a fan of although I guess I'll have to become one sooner or later Cheers
