Hi, My name is Stewart from the Yarra Valley east of Melbourne. Been into more serious BBQ for a couple of years with a Kamado as primary weapon. Learnt a lot from other forums and hope to continue the process here.

G'day Stewart.
I am happy to see you made it over here.
If you don't already know me from other forums, I tell ya, I love pictures taken of master pieces cooked on any type of BBQ.
Don't be shy adding as many as you like.
The "more" the merrier

Hi Stewart aka Kiwiman Welcome to the forum. Glad you made it. We look forward to you posting a couple of pics of you using the Rotis on the Italian Job.Woolies Classic Marinated Beef is a winner on the Rotis, as is my Gourmet Brined Chicken or Shayne's Chinese Roast Duck. We don't have many rules on this forum, we just use common sense and respect each other. The main rule is: advertising by, or on behalf of, vendors is not allowed. Whilst it is about Que we also have sections for other styles of cooking. I am starting to do some slow cooking with the Slow Cooker as it is too cold to cook outside for me now.
Cheers and Welcome once again

Yeah, hi Kiwiman, good to see you here. I concur Captain, did a chicken, brined your way Friday evening on the kettle, but only because it is just outside the back door and there was enough heat from it to keep me from seizing up Large bird, stripped meat is now in a pasta sauce on the stove, once cooking out there this weekend was enough Cheers

Thanks for all the welcomes guys. Captain--just grilled some chops on the Italian BBQ last night, it worked a treat. Will try the Roti's later. Have done your brined chicken a couple of times on the Kamado and Baby Q--it is something special.
