Hi Found a good butcher in the Carlingford / Hills area - Steve's Fine Meat Been there a couple of times - good food, nice people, prepared to get in anything I want. And they will dry age for you. Got a 5kg pork loin & belly for bacon plus a 3kg Sirloin with bone dry aging. Cheers

Obviously don't live there man but damn that sounds good In reference to my thread do not like my chances of getting bacon ready from an Halal butcher, but do have a back-up Cheers
