I'd have smacked a kiss on Mrs flowers the home tech teacher back in high school. I recon I'd have got to third base.
Ahem,,,, I mean BBQ's We all ferret out dollars for out door cookers, I asked myself what would I change and I really can't see what I would change. The biggest influence to myself was the kettle. It just opened up so much experimentation and got me into the craft. Id always have some sort of gas BBQ no matter what the purist say, and I like what they produce. The pellet Cue I have is new but proving itself to be in comp with the big Gasser, So I could downsize the gasser no problems. Prior to the pellet Cue I picked up a Big Green Egg and I gotta say I sits at top of the rung for week end relaxation. Before that I bought a weber WSM and This cooker is what I use when I need to cater and not stuff up. Its almost a guarantee of winning results.
I won't mention the small cookers as they are just handy, A little spit, weber go anywhere , all have there place.
So maybe I could change the big gas BBQ, I'd say a Q or bug or Ziggy would be a better option for what I now use gas for. That won't happen because of costs but That would be the only change.

If it was 1977 and I knew what I know about BBQ, I would have invented the Pellet BBQ, had the best tasting BBQ 25 years earlier then I did and would be going around the World on a cruise right now, or in Antarctica, or Australia, or Africa, or Asia or...you get the picture!
I have not had any other pit then a pellet unit since 2002! Now I do have 3, but for me, no need for anything else!
