Here is a good tip for making Greek baked spuds, Peel and place potatoes into a microwave container. Add half a cup of Apple cider vinegar and some Greek herbs. Nuke them till semi soft. Take em out and drain, Rough up at little then mix in some EVOO or bird fat of choice. Bake till golden . Perfect with lamb
