And the meal that changed several times and ended up a winner. It all started yesterday with the lovely bringing home lovely legs. I said I don't think I want to bbq them as there is no skin. How about just chuck em in some yogourt and Tandori paste overnight and will sort it out tomorrow. However, The jar of curry paste she chose had lost its label, have no idea what it was, Mabe Tikka as it was not hot. Now next day, I have massive yard work on the acre and she askes how bout a wet coconut curry? I said great get it started. For the rest of the day she would holler out "Pick me some Lemon grass" , Pick me some kafir lime leaves, Pick me some chives, ,,, This when't on and it was starting to take on a fusion,,, The women was going mad! When I came back to the house, I was asked to test for levels,,, Hmm needed salt and sweet so added fish sauce and home made green mango chutney,,, perfect. While I was out she also made the best garlic and chive nann bread I've ever had, I toasted that up on cast iron. I didn't really do much at all with this, Just taste and say add this and that. And I've no idea what we made but by Crikey it was good, Like really good. Even had the kids thinking about the poor people and how bloody lucky they are. And me thinking that too. I call this the "dunno curry"

That's the best kind of curry Made one myself last night, green Thai with lots of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts and strips of red capsicum, came out pretty good. Cheers

Sounds good, we like green curry too and is why I thought it was funny this dish morphed and Knowone giving a care. Ive got to try and replicate it and write it down. If I only knew exactly what the Indian curry paste with no lable is

I love curry whether it be Thai, Indian or any other SE Asian type however, I have to tread lightly when thinking about preparing one as the kids, will or will not eat if the spice level exceeds a certain percentage
What you have prepared here Mick I know I would eat, and love it.
Nice work to you and the missus
