Hello from the UK.
I wonder if anyone can help me with a couple of questions...
After pre heating with both burners on full; do I always turn the centre burner off when cooking indirectly? I attempted to cook a yorkshire pudding last night but couldn't get the temperature high enough using the outside burner only.. (needed 240 degrees).
And the manual isn't that clear on how to pre heat for roasting either... do i use both burners on full or just the outside burner for roasting pre heat?
Also can anyone help me with rough settings for roasting? What do I turn the dials down to etc?
Sorry about the multiple qestions..
Thank you in advance.

Welcome TWDFN The members will sort your Q settings no problem. Have you got a trivet of sorts? It's just a low cake rack that sits on a doubled over sheet of alfoil. With that you can ramp up the temperature as required. I have a huge interest in traditional English food as it is what founded our colonial food. Would very much enjoy your food takes and pics just the way you do it at home.

The Captain is the guru of the 320, in fact of all things Weber Q mate. I have a 220 and his cookbook has helped me immensely.
Cheers
