That rub your using sure does give a distinctive colour. Yeh,,,,
I used it again tonight, roasting up a Lamb leg.
I am loving this stuff. The flavours are mild with a nice hint of Nutmeg.

Nice, I took some pics tonight of a two inch thick scotch fillet that I reverse seared. came out butter soft.
Last night I did a one inch from the same Aldi cut but just seared and rested. it was OK but nothing like what was eaten tonight.
