Well we had this pork on Saturday night and it was great, but the news I had on Friday was not. I've been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, so while I was a naughty boy for eating it I can't afford to do so in the future. Unfortunately the diagnosis will rule out a lot of my favourite foods.

Also sorry to here that Bill, I'm getting checked at this moment. Blood pressure is through the roof. Maybe we could incorporate Cue for health so as to not leave people like yourself out. where there's a will there's a way.

I have 4 BBQ's and a spit, I can assure you I will find a safe style of food for me to get my kicks.

Had a mate get this diagnosis, not the problem it once was, usually controlled with medication.
It's a case of being careful with sugar of course and fats.
Sort of means more grilled chicken and fish and lots of veg, a very similar diet to the one my wife voluntarily hues to, in many ways it's a quite entertaining diet to cater to.
Cheers

We've run off topic so I started another. The good thing is that this being recipe based forum, Bill is in the right place. Discussing these issues is part and parcel and no man gets left behind. Many heads are better then one and I suddenly see another niche for Aussie Cue and it's members.
Back to your recipe Shayne.. I sprinkled some of your jungle salt over a colliflour algratin and it was delishs.
