Just sitting here thinking about how much curing and smoking and I've been doing recently and realised that the only thing I'm eating during my workday that I didn't make is the bread on my sandwiches.
Smoked salmon and smoked cheese plate for morning tea, home cured double smoked ham sandwiches and date loaf for lunch.
No idea what will be for tea tonight, off to Sydney at short notice so probably asian of one variety or another in Church St Parramatta.
Lifes tough.

Ummmmmmm, yep,i will put you at rest A65 and agree.......... "You are hooked" Agree with Mick that i think, once you step over that line, into the world of curing, you are indeed hooked. Given those parameters, I guess i might be classed a junkie Shayne
